Low blood pressure can be due to several factors including heart disease, emotional stress, fear, etc. Lucas' blood pressure is lower than normal as he may have certain heart defect and the normal pulse oxygen level indicates proper functioning of lungs.

What is hypotension?

The normal blood pressure range is 120/80 mmHg. Any drop in this level will result in hypotension.

It can be due to a heart defect and some other symptoms.

Here it can be said that Lucas' low blood pressure can be due to any heart defect.

Thus, it can be concluded that Lucas' blood pressure is lower than normal as he may have certain heart defect and the normal pulse oxygen level tells about the proper functioning of lungs.
