The gases and dust that the volcanic eruption releases changes the climate because most particles erupted shade incoming solar radiation causing the global climate to cool down.

What are the different ways to recover grassland ecosystem after volcanic revolution?

The volcanic eruption destroys a grassland ecosystem. They burns the place and the plants. The dusts cover up the leaves and the heat kills the seeds and spores of the plants. The recovery isn’t easy and fast.

As the volcano lava cools and subsides, the new vegetation starts to grow.

 • The seeds are brought by the wind, birds and other animals that are spread over the landform.
 • The rain provides the necessary water for germination.
 • Volcano supplies the necessary minerals that are very good for plant growth.

Thus, most particles erupted shade incoming solar radiation causing the global climate to cool down.

What is coldwater creek lake?

The lake was created during the 1980 eruption of Mount St. Helens, which blocked its natural outlet, Coldwater Creek, with volcanic debris. It is one of several lakes in the area that were created or otherwise enlarged by the eruption.

The lake was completely vacated after the eruption as well as the eradication of all life forms except for bacteria, which can be a source of a new life in lake.

mart [117]

Answer:

Two domains: Archaea and Bacteria

There are three domains of life namely Archaea, Bacteria, and Eukarya. Both Archaea and Bacteria contains organisms that reproduce asexually, i.e. binary or multiple fission, fragmentation, or budding. By these means, organisms divides its cells to more than one cells containing splited genetic materia. The dividing cells then can survive independently.

1. True/False: DNA replication is considered "semi-conservative" because only half of the chromosomes are copied during S phase
BARSIC [14]

Answer:

1) The statement is false

2) Option A) deoxyribose, phosphate, and a nitrogenous base

Explanation:

1) In semi-conservative DNA replication:

- a parent double-stranded DNA splits in two.

- Each strand is then read by the enzyme, DNA polymerase, to ensure accurate synthesis of a new daughter strand

- the newly synthesized strand contains nucleotides that are complimentary to free nucleotides present in the parent strand.

Thus, because the parent strand is retained in the newly synthesized DNA, DNA replication is described as semi-conservative

2) DNA consists of several repeating units of polydeoxynucleotides where each is made up of a nitrogenous base (Adenine, thymine, cytosine or guanine) linked to

deoxyribose sugar by an N-glycosidic linkage, and then the sugar linked to a phosphate group by phosphoester bond.
