2x+3y=3 (2,-6)

For point slope, get y by its self
2x+3y=3
-2x -2x
--------------
3y=-2x+3

Then divide all numbers by 3 to get y completely by its self
y=-2/3x+1

For standard form it's 2x+3y=3
