These days, people used to rely on their own knowledge and avoided going to a doctor as medicine was not as developed as nowadays. Also, people's mentality was different so they didn't take some illnesses serious.<span>

A. The main factors that probably played a role in causing the crash and injuries are: Speeding, distracted driving, and failure to observe traffic signals. It's possible the driver was texting, and there was loud music on before the crash took place. Neither victim had a seat belt in place, and they ran a red light at excessive speed in doing so.
B. The injuries could've been prevented in many ways. For example, they could've turned the music down a bit. They could've stayed away from their phones while being in the car. They could've payed attention to both the Speed Limit and the speed their car was going at. They also should've payed attention to the traffic signals and what was going on around them. Lastly, they could've focused on driving to keep the driver from being distracted.
