Is this multiple choice? My guess is racism, as it is prejudice, profiling, and judging of people based on their skin tones or how they dress or the fact that they are immigrants. I can't think of anything else it would be, but it would be something like that?

Anyway, the Second Continental Congress created the Continental Army as a way to connect and merge the armies from all the states, so they could defeat the British forces.
