mezya [45]
We're talking here about Hector Camacho, who was born in 1962 and died not too many years ago (2012). His alias or nickname was "Macho Camacho," and he lived up to the "macho" hype with his flamboyant style and his success in the boxing ring. His professional record was 79 wins (38 of those by knockout), 6 losses, and three draws.

pentagon [3]

Shakespeare's observation on anaesthesia:

Based on Shakespeare's observation, by producing unconsciousness to decrease or reduce the pain of injury or disease, simple surgical procedures are almost as old as civilization, although the techniques were crude.

Most included the ingestion of herbal mixtures or ethanol, but bilateral carotid artery compression and ‘knock-out’ blows to the head are also described.

These methods were harmlessly ineffective and were mostly impossible to quantify but are majorly not in the case of obstructing the blood flow to brain or head trauma.

In Shakespeare's Cymbeline, there will be an instance in which the queen's poison was ingested to alleviate or reduce the psychological distress.

How does word choice differ from creative writing
Phantasy [73]
In fiction, you would like to give variety to your word choices. In formal business or academic writing, You want to prevent ambiguity and so may use the same word again and again to make your meaning clear. For example "contract" might be used repeatedly rather than along with some synonyms for it.
