The Ethnic conflict in the nation of Rwanda had the result of a genocide and a civil war.

What was the result of ethnic conflict in Rwanda?

Since independence, Rwanda had suffered ethnic conflict between the majority Hutu and the minority Tutsi which eventually led to small scale massacres of the Tutsi by the Hutu.

As a result, a civil war broke out between the Hutu dominated government and the Tutsi dominated Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF).

In 1994, the President of Rwanda was killed in an air attack and this led to a genocide where Tutsis were targeted by the Hutu.

800,000 thousand people who were mainly Tutsi were killed until the RPF was able to take over the country by defeating the government.

The colonists came to the new world with the ideas of the Enlightenment period as their source of governmental philosophy. In th
viktelen [127]
Following are the three basic principles upon which the new system of government was created:

1. Popular Sovereignty - This principle states that the source of governmental power lies with the people. This belief stems from the idea that government should be for the benefit of its citizens. If the government is not protecting the people, it should be dissolved.

2. Limited Government - Since the people give government its power, government itself is limited to the power given to it by them. In other words, the US government does not derive its power from itself. It must follow its own laws and it can only act using powers given to it by the people.

3. Separation of Powers - As stated previously, the US Government is divided into three branches so that no one branch has all the power. Each branch has its own purpose: to make the laws, execute the laws, and interpret the laws.

andrezito [222]

Governments all across the world are functioning in a climate of extreme uncertainty as a result of the COVID-19 problem, which presents significant health, economic and social challenges.

Numerous administrations have moved rapidly at all levels. An efficient solution to the COVID-19 health systems and economic problem involves a mix of national and regional actions. National government coordination and leadership are essential.

In terms of health, many nations have implemented territorial strategies, as seen in their stances on things like mask policies and lock downs. On the financial front, governments have generously supported businesses, families, and disadvantaged groups. Even if this appears to be more obvious in some nations, it is still difficult in many others.

Is there anyone in your life that you trust completely
crimeas [40]

Answer:

Philosophically,i would say that people may say they trust somebody completely or with all their heart, but their brain may still have restraints or concerns on the truth of telling somebody, even if they are the most trustworthy person you may know. However, trust is also non-materialistic so it is up to you to decide you trust anybody 'completely'
