What did many Germans believe Hitler would do when he came to power?

History
1 answer:
erastova [34]2 years ago
4 0
Many Germans felt like they had been treated too harshly after WW1 in terms of war costs and debts owed to Britain and France and such; they felt manipulated and used. The Germans also suffered a hostile French military occupation post WW1 which contributed to the resentment. Hitler offered a radical sense of power and stability back to the people, something that appealed to them after many years of what they felt was mistreatment by other European nations. Thus, by means of the Enabling Act in 1933, Hitler rose to dictatorial power.

Which is not an achievement of Mayan civilization?
hichkok12 [17]
I would say the correct answer is B. a system of interconnected mountain roads and bridges.
A should be true as they did make these monuments called stelae. C is correct because their knowledge of math was far superior than any other nation. D is also correct because the Maya did use hieroglyphs to write. I would say that B doesn't belong here because roads were Roman inventions.
