A legislature has the power to make, amend or abolish the existence of any law that exists in the society. In schooling system, it is necessary to have healthy mixture of races without any segregation.

Moreover, the discouragement to segregation laws by the legislature helps it to achieve extreme political and social support from different individuals and groups in the society.
