Since there were 40 questions on a math quiz and he got 3/4 correct he got 30 correct and 10 incorrect. A simple way to solve this is to add a zero to the end of each number in the fraction since there is 40 questions so it goes from 3/4 correct to 30/40 correct. Hope this helps!!
