When you add or subtract a value directly from the "x" value, the graph moves to the left or right. If you add a number, the graph moves to the left because you are making the "x" value larger. What you need to do is give these problems a common denominator. Which makes 3/21 and14/21 respectively. Logically, you need to walk 4/21 of the trail. This can’t be simplified further.
So you gotta change the second one to slope int form and it will become -3y=18x-54 which means that it's A because parallel lines can't be parallel if the slopes are different. (pretty sure this is right but who knows)
