Kendra's method was biased. Because she only interviewed people watching a baseball game, the answer she probably got the most was baseball. Her survey would not get accurate results.
Paula's method, on the other hand, chose random people. The demographic she questioned would have been much broader. She would have gotten a better variety of answers.
