They may be arguing about a task such as cooking. Perhaps the woman wants the man to cook and he does not want to or know how.

The woman appears annoyed by the man because of her body language and as if she no longer wants to listen to what he has to say. They're in the kitchen, so it would be likely that they'd be arguing about something related to the kitchen- ie food, dishes, etc.
