Answer:En principio, el ejercicio cardiovascular es el que más consumo calórico produce y cuanto más ejercicio, mayor consumo y mayor pérdida de grasa. Esto es así hasta cierto punto. En estos casos, se empieza a catabolizar la masa muscular, baja el ritmo metabólico y disminuye nuestro rendimiento. Con un volumen semanal de entre 4 y 6 horas de trabajo cardiovascular a la semana tenemos suficiente para conseguir el objetivo de perder grasa.
