Well, yes I would recommend it, I have a similar problem. If you feel behind your earlobe, you should feel a small bubble. When I was seven I accidentally popped one of them. Now my jaw is sort of loose and it's called  something like crepitis I dont know, but it started with a C. So either you should sleep on the other side, or go see a doctor.
