People use water freely in my area because it is abundant. In area where water is scarce, it is used with a greater degree of caution.

Drinking water is water that have been adjudged as being safe for consumption. In my area, drinking water is obtained via a tap from ground water.

I live in an area where water resources is abundant. My area is  relatively humid. In my area, people can se water freely. However, in an area where water resources is scarce, people will have to use water with a greater degree of caution.
