A big reminder is if that you are not doing the posted speed limit and choosing to travel at to a slower limit you are not allowed in the left travel lane.' </em></u>This only tells us that there is a minimum and maximum speed limit provided just to ensure safety of travelers because after all, going slower than everyone else in a relatively fast driving zone can be just as dangerous, if not more, as speeding.
