We know that there were a total of 15 games played.

This means, there were 15 losses, and more importantly, 15 wins.

Not counting Monica, there were:

4 + 3 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 13 wins.

This leaves,

15 − 13 = 2 wins for Monica.

Hence, 2 games won by monica in a tournament.
