If I were given a chance to make a law on environmental protection, it would be on dealing with public littering. Its main features is having to provide suitable penalties or punishments to those who will litter on a public space which then benefits the whole community for a cleaner environment that is safe for humans and animals. The sanctions for those who would violate the law will have to be penalized regarding how much it affected a certain vicinity, specifically if the perpetrator is pleaded guilty.
