Answer:

I generally find the comparison is the fast track to unhappiness. No one ever compares themselves to someone else and comes even. Nine times out of ten, we compare ourselves to people who are somehow better than us and end up feeling more inadequate.

Hope this helps! :D

Comparison is comparing your self to other people. You think ur not pretty, smart or good enough (but you are). So it makes you unhappy about your self and sometimes insecure and you loose confidence through out the day comparing your self to others might also hurt you from inside and you will think no one will like you because your not smart, pretty and good enough etc…

How is the MLA author-page citation used? The author's last name and page number(s) must appear within the text and after the di
artcher [175]

The correct answer is The author's last name and page number(s) must appear within the text and after the direct or indirect quotation.

According to MLA Handbook (8th ed.), whenever a quotation is directly or indirectly inserted in the body of a research paper, it is essential to acknowledge the source where the quotation was taken form. To do so, it is necessary to add a parenthetical reference at the end of the quotation with the author’s (or authors’) last name(s) and the page number(s) of the quotation, paraphrase, or summary you are quoting. For example:

Sometimes, teachers will shy away from teaching literature with a goal of aesthetic reading  because it is nearly impossible to measure accurately a student’s personal responses to the text  (Cline 96).

your elderly bother is arriving from London where he has been studying for the past three tell he the preparation your family is
Stels [109]

Answer:

Dear Brother,

The family and I are very excited about your arrival next Saturday. We can't wait to see you again after three years abroad. As we are happy to see you again, we are preparing everything for your arrival.

First of all, we are organizing a big welcome party. We have already invited your school friends, ex-coworkers and relatives and your friends from the football club. There will be a lot of food and even a Dj.

Dad and I are cleaning and fixing things in your room. We have already vacuumed, and we are now taking all the things that we have storage in your room while you weren't present. While we are fixing your bedroom, mom is buying and cooking all the things that you like. She bought all the ingredients to bake you a chocolate cake!.

As you can see, we are counting the minutes to see you again and hug you. Have a safe flight and see you soon.

All the best,

Susan.

Explanation:

When we write a letter to a friend or a relative, we have to use informal language. Also, we divide the letter into three main sections.

First, we write the introduction. In this section, we address our brother and tell him that we are excited about his arrival. Secondly, we have the body of the letter. In this part, which can have multiple paragraphs, we describe all the different things that we are doing for his arrival. Lastly, we write a closing paragraph telling him how happy we are to see him again and say our goodbyes.
