I generally find the comparison is the fast track to unhappiness. No one ever compares themselves to someone else and comes even. Nine times out of ten, we compare ourselves to people who are somehow better than us and end up feeling more inadequate.

Comparison is comparing your self to other people. You think ur not pretty,smart or good enough (but you are). So it makes you unhappy about your self and sometimes insecure and you loose confidence through out the day comparing your self to others might also hurt you from inside and you will think no one will like you because your not smart,pretty and good enough etc…
