Thanks to the coalition of forces allied to the U.S., Operation Storm was able to end quickly thanks to more soldiers and resources on ground.

After Iraq invaded and occupied Kuwait, a coalition of nations sent soldiers along with the U.S. to take back Kuwait.

This led to a lot of soldiers and resources/ ammunitions being made available for the operation such that the Iraqis were easily overwhelmed.
