Explanation:

paul: oh no, my steak is under cooked.

Stephanie: yeah, it looks pretty raw. You can't eat that, you could get food poisoning

Paul: excuse me, i'd like to send my steak back to the chef

Waiter: oh, what seems to be the problem

Paul: well, i asked for my steak to be well-done but it's still raw

Waiter: oh dear, i'll take it back to the kitchen and ask the chef to cook it for a little bit longer

Paul: that would be great, thank you

Stephanie: that's terrible. I hope he doesn't spit in it!

Paul: I know! that's why i never complain in restaurants but i could have got food poisoning if i'd eaten that

Stephanie: i'm sure it will be fine

Waiter: Now, here's your steak. I hope it meets your satisfaction. I apologize for the inconvenience: your meal will be on the house

paul: it looks perfect. Thank you

Why natural science is more scientific than political science?
maxonik [38]

Answer:

Social sciences (e.g., economics and psychology) are just as scientific as natural sciences (e.g., physics and biology). The difference is not in quality, but in what is studied and the limitations imposed by studying that. For example,

Subatomic particles are very well-behaved and easy to manage compared to economies and human minds. This makes it much easier to control studies and experiments of natural phenomena than social phenomena.

Ethically, we cannot experimentally manipulate humans or human activities as much as we can experimentally manipulate particles, atoms, molecules. This imposes challenges on social scientists’ methods that are not imposed on natural scientists’ methods.

So social scientists must do science differently than physicists. But both sets of scientists obtain and analyze novel data to test hypotheses about their domain. So they’re both doing science. It’s just that natural scientists’ encounter fewer ethical and logistical challenges than social scientists.

Hope it helps

Two of the strongest symbols referenced in Sir Gawain and the Green Knight are the pentagle and the green girdle. Pick one and d
velikii [3]
A significant figure in the Arthurian mythos, Sir Gawain was famed amongst the Knights of the Round Table as a quick-tempered and lusty warrior whose martial prowess was only equalled by his sexual one. In the medieval poem Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, however, this reputation is given a thorough test.

This particular piece of poetry only has one extant manuscript, housed in the British Library and illustrated with scenes from the tale. It is a key part of the medieval development of Arthurian literature, as it details the background to the courtly existence at Camelot, and as such extends the range of the legend instead of merely rehashing a previous tale. It was written by an anonymous poet in a style peculiar to the Middle English of a Northern tradition, as it has been crafted with much emphasis on alliteration1. It is written in 'fits', and each verse has a 'bob-and-wheel' structure. This means that each stanza ends with one short line (the 'bob') and four slightly longer ones (the 'wheel').
