A, B, and possibly D. It can be A because her goal is possibly achievable and it's B because it's a very specific goal. It's hard to measure how good someone is at cooking and when they're ready to charge money. It isn't really realistic because she doesn't know how to cook already. Her goal is not time specific.
Definitely the first two [a lack of knowledge; substance use and abuse]. Depending on the situation, a lack of structured activities might hinder someone from making a correct decision, but otherwise I'd personally select answer A and answer B.
