If this is such a flawless universe, there would be no need, as there is today, for change and discoveries. Content is the individuals who occupy my universe.

All their desires are fulfilled by them, and they fulfil the expectations of their culture. All is functioning. It should be evident the requirement for someone always to function. And they exile someone who would not function for the sake of their culture.
