Cheese cake is a pie.
when i went to the cheesecake factory it said cheesecakes where under the pie section lol.

I think cheesecake would be considered a pie. Although it may have the word “cake” in it, it does not contain flour, which is a main ingredient in cake, and it is baked in a pie crust.
