Taxes from peasants and traders, as well as tributes from the local lords was the source of income of the kings in north India because:

 • This was due to the fact that revenues of the crown were not sufficient.
 • The crown is one who collect aids from sections of the population so that the money will be available for use in the time of war, for towns or community development.

This question lacks options, options are:

A. External control.

B. Planfulness.

C. Problem solving.

D. Time perspective.

The correct answer is D.

Explanation:

Time perspective is a process in which the experiences of the individual are attached to the time frames, that is, past, present and future, influence the way in which an individual organizes and provides meaning to the experiences, this can likewise affect the decisions made by an individual in response to specific stimuli. According to Donald Super (1955), Vocational Maturity is a multicausal or multifactorial psychological variable, which can be measurable or quantifiable and has a predictive character. In the growth phase, occupational preferences respond to the individual's emotional needs, rather than professional skills and interests and tend to change over time. From birth to 14 years of age, during this period, observation, information search and identification govern the actions of individuals, taking as reference models the significant figures in the environment, such as school, family, community, with the aim of discovering information about oneself and developing the concept of the self. In the fantasy stage, which spans from birth to age 11, it is characterized by the search for pleasure, attraction to occupations of power, distortion of the perspective of time, absence of objectivity, adventure, excitement and questioning of fantasy.

In jack's work group, members are developing close interpersonal relationships that have led to an emerging sense of unity and harmony within the team. This is an example of the activities that occur during the norming stage of group development.

Give a brief account on group development.

Finding out why and how small groups evolve over time is the main objective of most group development studies. A group's cohesiveness, the nature and frequency of its activities, the quality of the work it produces, and the presence of group conflict. To describe how certain groups change through time, a number of theoretical models have been proposed. Sometimes, like in the case of therapeutic groups, the kind of group being studied had an impact on the suggested model of group development.

One of the most commonly referenced models of group growth was created by Bruce Tuckman in the middle of the 1960s after reviewing roughly fifty studies on group development. According to Tuckman's model of group growth, a group will go through four linear stages in its unitary sequence of decision-making: forming, storming, norming, and performing. When a fresh batch of trials were examined in 1977, a fifth stage—adjourning—was added.
