The ducks are birds, while the frogs are amphibians, and their last common ancestor has lived hundreds of millions of years ago. Despite that, both animals have developed webbed feet, and the reason for this has been that both animals have faced the same challenge, swimming and diving, and the webbed feet help them to be much faster and more agile in the water.
