Based on Kathy's total cost of financing the home, the APR, and the period, her monthly payments would be $1,081.49.

How much would Kathy pay per month?

Find the monthly period:

= 25 x 12

= 300 months

The monthly rate:

= 5%/12

= 5/12%

The monthly amount is:

= 185,000 / (( 1 - (1 + 5/12%)⁻³⁰⁰) / 5/12%)

= $1,081.49

a bond with a face value of $1,000 has 12 years until maturity, has a coupon rate of 5.4%, and sells for $1,087. what is the yie
77julia77 [94]

If interest is paid annually the YTM is 4.48% and if interest is paid semi annually YTM is 2.24%. YTM means Yield to maturity that is paid on bonds ,to determine YTM we first calculate interest on the bonds which is explained below. Formula for YTM is given in the attachment.

Interest is paid annually
Annual Interest = 1000*5.4% = 54

YTM = [54 +(1000 - 1087)/12] /(1000+1087)/2 = 46.75 /1043.5

YTM = 4.480%

Interest paid semi annually

Interest = 1000*5.4% = 54/2 = 27

YTM = [27 + (1000 -1087)/24] / (1000+1087)/2 = 23.375/1043.5

YTM = 2.240%

In the above equation, time period is 24(12*2) because time period is semi annual.

A fixed-rate investment, such as a bond, has a speculative rate of return or interest known as yield to maturity (YTM), also known as redemption or book yield. The YTM is predicated on the idea or understanding that an investor buys the security at the current market price and retains it until it matures (reaches its full value), as well as the assumption that all interest and coupon payments are made on schedule.

There is a bill pending before the kansas state legislature that would prohibit private companies from selling health insurance
Alisiya [41]

Quite a number of private health insurance companies have expended huge sums of money in a bid to prevent a pending bill before the Kansas state legislature from being passed into law. This bill advocates that the state should be the only payer of health care bills by prohibiting private establishments from selling health insurance. The action of these private health insurance companies is an example of rent-seeking behavior.

Rick prepared financial statements for MegaCorp knowing that it was going to use his statements to apply for a loan with Big Ban
Ymorist [56]

Answer:

The correct answer is the option D: Both the foreseeable doctrine and the restatement doctrine.

Explanation:

On the one hand, the foreseeable doctrine dictates that there is a limit in the liability of party for those acts that he has done and that carry a risk of foreseeable harm. Therefore that this point of view establishes that a reasonable person would be able to understand and so to know when a certain action would bring certain damages to another party.

On the oher hand, the restatement doctrine establishes that there are a set of treatises on legal subjects that primarily are looking for to inform judges and lawyers about general principles of common law. And therefore that those treatises will help both the judge and the lawyers at the time of the trial when the person has to go to court.

If g = $800 billion, tax receipts = $850 billion, and there is an inflationary gap of $100 billion, there is?
vagabundo [1.1K]

If g = $800 billion, tax receipts = $850 billion, and there is an inflationary gap of $100 billion, there is a budget surplus.

Taxes are mandatory contributions levied on people or businesses by means of a government entity—whether or not nearby, local, or country-wide. Tax revenues finance authorities' sports, including public works and offerings consisting of roads and colleges, or programs which include Social Protection and Medicare.

The principal purpose of taxation is to elevate sales for the services and profits that help the network's desires. Public revenues ought to be good enough for that motive. 2. Tax should, as far as viable, be levied equitably, consistent with the potential to pay.
