This is a lost work of Hans Holbein the Younger in 1968.  The real painting was burned, but many copies were made.  

He has a sword, to kill anyone who dares to defy him.

His expensive and heavy clothes indicate his wealth;

He is wearing specific baroque clothing, which resembles his stringency for Catholicism.

He has a banana, to resemble his 7 wives and attempt to gain a male heir.
