I believe the answer is D.)  Factor 1 is a human induced factor and Factor 2 may be influenced by both nature and human factors.

HOWEVER: I'm not 100% sure. I'm taking the test at this moment. Just keep in mind, this might not be correct. But, is an educated guess.
