The confidence interval is (-1.1059, 7.70459).

<h3>What is confidence interval in statistics?</h3>

Image result for what is confidence interval

A confidence interval is the mean of your estimate plus and minus the variation in that estimate.

The sample mean is M=3.3

The sample size is N=44

So, σM= s/√N = 16.6/ √44

= 16.6/ 6.633

= 2.621

and, the degree of freedom

df= n-1

=44-1

=43

So, The t-value for a 90% confidence interval and 43 degrees of freedom is t=1.681.

Now, Margin of error = 2.261* 1.681 = 4.4059

Now, the lower and upper bound of the confidence interval are:

LL = 3.3- 4.40459 = -1.1059

UL = 3.3+ 4.40459 = 7.70459

Hence, the confidence interval is  (-1.1059, 7.70459).

How many quarts of pure pineapple juice should Theo add to a 20% pineapple drink to create 5 quarts of a 50% pineapple juice mix
PIT_PIT [208]

1.875 quarts of pure pineapple juice should Theo add to a 20% pineapple drink.

<u><em>Explanation</em></u>

Suppose,  x quarts of pure pineapple juice should be added with 20% pineapple drink.

As the amount of the mixture is 5 quarts, so the amount of 20% pineapple drink will be: (5-x) quarts

Percentage of juice in the pure pineapple juice is 100% and in the mixture is 50%

So, the equation will be.....

1.00(x)+0.20(5-x)=0.50(5)\\ \\ 1.00x+1-0.20x=2.50\\ \\ 0.80x=2.50-1\\ \\ 0.80x= 1.50\\ \\ x=\frac{1.50}{0.80}=1.875

So, 1.875 quarts of pure pineapple juice should Theo add to a 20% pineapple drink.

What’s the answer for this?
MA_775_DIABLO [31]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The next four terms should be 16, 32, 64, 128 squares. This is similar to linear functions because, linear functions have a slope that never changes and as you can see here question on E the numbers are doubling and doing it consistently like a linear function

19 is what percent of 76?
Rudiy27
Greetings!

We can solve this problem by creating a simple equation:
Let <em>x</em> represent the percent.
19=( \frac{x}{100})(76)

Simplify.
19=(\frac{x}{100})(\frac{76}{1})

19=(\frac{76x}{100})

Multiply both sides by 100.
(19)(100)=(100)[(\frac{76x}{100})]

1900=76x

Divide both sides by 76.
\frac{1900}{76}= \frac{76x}{76}

25=x

The Answer Is:
\left[\begin{array}{ccc}x=25\end{array}\right]

Hope this helps.
