The right explanation: it’s hard to say.. the left uses more of the art principles in color and rules of thirds, however that doesn’t make the right artistically incomprehensible. i feels as if the right painting is shown to be cluttered on purpose, as public settings are. you could argue that the left even shows poor composition due to the lack of unevenness, or even the tangents within the painting! personally id say the right painting.
