Discipline refers as a practice in which an individual learns to be obedient with the help of rules and regulations and by gaining rewards and punishments to seek improvement.

Discipline helps an individual to manage or organize life by proper utilization of resources and time to achieve something. It helps to seek concentration on a particular task while seeking learning and opportunities to achieve the desired results.

It helps to initiate healthy habits in an individual to incorporate self-control over emotions like aggression and spread positive behavior. It helps in dealing with difficulties easily by paying proper attention.
