The bill of rights was understood as a series of amendments on right of people or basic human rights.

The U.S. Constitution's first ten amendments, which were ratified all at once in 1791, are known as the Bill of Rights. It outlines the rights of American citizens in regard to their government. The bill of right was inspired by Jefferson and drafted by James Madison.

Most people agree that the First Amendment is the most significant clause in the Bill of Rights. It defends the freedom to hold alternative beliefs and voice different opinions, which are essential rights of conscience. That is why Bill of right considered as basic human right.

These right consist  The Freedom of Speech, Right to Bear Arms, Freedom Against Quartering of Soldiers, The Freedom Against Search & Seizure, Right to Due Process, Right to a Speedy Trial,  Right to a Jury Trial in Civil Suits,  Right to a Jury Trial in Civil Suits, Enumeration of Certain Rights Shall not be Used Against Others, Rights Reserved by States or People.
