If a person is presenting a presentation and the power goes out there are certain things that needs to be in place to continue the presentation.

What is Presentation?

A presentation is a speech with a visual representation, a speech is a more formal delivery while a presentation is a delivery of thoughts where there are more gestures and visual facts.

Ensure the presentation slides or the facts and figures data is presented or available with the attendees so that they can engage and understand the presentation.

Ensure there is enough light in the room that the hand out presentation booklet is visible to the attendees and also the presenter is visible.

Ensure that the presentation is delivered in a good and audible voice that all the attendees are able to listen.
