Elements of enlightenment consist of the use of reason, the scientific method, and progress.

The elements of Romanticism consist of Awe of nature. Celebration of the individual and Importance of imagination.

The elements of Transcendentalism consist of civil disobedience, self-reliance, and nonconformity

The elements of Dark Romanticism consist of human fallibility, self-destruction and judgement.

My impression of the poem "The Raven by Edgar Allen Poe" is that grief can overcome a person's ability to live in communicate and engage with their society.
