The sensitivity to racial cultural should be promoted by fostering a cultural awareness in their classroom.

What is racial cultural?

Cultural racism is a term that has been used to describe prejudice and discrimination based on cultural distinctions between ethnic or racial groups. It is sometimes referred to as neo-racism, new racism, postmodern racism, or differentialist racism.

Teachers who want to promote cultural awareness in the classroom should show their students that they sincerely care about their social, emotional, and intellectual needs by taking active measures to do so.

 • Express interest in your pupils' racial or cultural heritage. To build trust among their classmates, encourage your children to learn about and share information about their racial or ethnic origin.
 • Switch from being the instructor to the facilitator in the classroom. Reducing the power disparity between the instructor and students is another crucial criterion for developing a supportive environment for pupils.
 • Keep your sensitivity to issues with language rigorous. Students who are not native English speakers frequently experience marginalisation, disorientation, and pressure to abandon their native tongue in favor of English in typical educational settings.
 • Keep your standards for student performance high. It should not be a surprise that each student's expectations for achievement are established and assigned individually as culturally responsive instruction is a student-centered approach.

Answer: ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS Special thanks goes to God, the unconditional love and support of my wife, parents and extended family, my dissertation committee, Alex, the institutions of the United States of America, the State of South Carolina, the University of South Carolina, the Department of Political Science faculty and staff, the Walker Institute of International and Area Studies faculty and staff, the Center for Teaching Excellence, undergraduate political science majors at South Carolina who helped along the way, and the International Center on Nonviolent Conflict. This work was partially supported by a SPARC Graduate Research Grant from the Office of the Vice President for Research at the University of South Carolina and the Sueng Yeun Kim dissertation grant from the Center for Asian Studies at the Walker Institute. I would especially like to acknowledge approximately half of Earth’s population currently living under some form of non-democracy. This work is not intended to disparage you or your country or your culture in any way shape or form. This work is designed to 1) help foster understanding and cooperation between people that reside in democracies and those that live in dictatorships, 2) highlight nonviolent approaches to governance that can hopefully prevent some of the atrocities that tend to occur more often in dictatorships, and 3) move us further along in the quest for a universal understanding of good governance. Henry, remember that knowledge is one thing that no person and no government can ever take away from you. Acquire as much of it as you possibly can.

1. Is protecting America's border with Mexico mainly a federal or a state issue?
tatyana61 [14]

1) Protecting America´s border with México is a state issue because the border is national territory and when someone cross it has access to the others states of the country not only the one that he or she crossed the border.

2) If a person enters illegaly to the United States, brakes the Immigration and Nationality Law, the Hart Celler Law, the Immigation Reform Law, Ilegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsability Reform Law and Personal Responsability and Work opportunity Reconciliation Law. This laws shows that this matters affect also the economy of the state since the work of its inhabitants is on risk because of the illegal immigrants.

3) If the current federal methods are not working, the state must interfere and support the states by bringing new ideas about how to solve this problem.

4) A governor has the authority to enforce federal laws against illegal immigration because in his or her state he or her is the authority and as some states give shelter to immigrants because they choose to, they can also choose to enforce laws against illegal immigrants.

5) The state can use its laws to arrest illegal aliens that cross the border because they would be also immigrants from another planet with no legal authorization to get into the United States so they wuld be breaking the Law.
