Eating seafood is good for health like fish etc. As they are a high source of proteins and omega-3 fatty acids. Mercury is a toxic metal that when ingested causes poisoning and neurological diseases which lead to sudden death.  Pregnant, nursing women and children should avoid eating fish in their diet. Larger fishes like Shark, and King mackerel feed on the small fishes due to which they have high mercury content.
