How does kinetic energy affect the stopping distance of a small vehicle compared to a large vehicle?

English

Stopping distance is dependent on the initial Kinetic energy (KE), the higher KE, the greater distance needed to stop. Because kinetic energy is equal to one half the total of mass times velocity squared (KE=1/2mv^2), if a large car with greater mass is traveling at the same speed as a small car with less mass, then the large car will have a greater initial KE and therefore requires greater distance to stop than the small car with less KE.

What is one of the main themes in the Biblical story of "Jonah and the Whale"? freedom
Rama09 [41]

Answer:

b. Transformation

Explanation:

Transformation is what we have when our heart is renewed.

Transformation can be seen in the light of the repentance.

Transformation is a marked change in appearance or character, especially one for the better.

We see in the Jonah and the Whale story how the city Nineveh marked for destruction was again restored when they heard the warnings of the creator via the lips of the prophet Jonah.

Their plea of repentance was accepted and the nation preserved, the people turned from their iniquities to the Lord God and the Land was transformed.

Other themes that fit the Biblical story of "Jonah and the Whale" includes compassion, obedience and judgment.
