Although both religions believe in an  endless cycle of births or samsara, there are still some aspects of that belief they differ. For Hindus, they believe in an everlasting soul that is reincarnated while, for Buddhists, they believe that there wasn't a constant soul but a collection of senses, feelings and other intangibles that made up all human beings.

What was the wilmot proviso, and how did it impact the national debate over slavery?.
Mila [183]

David Wilmot was a Pennsylvania-born congressman who opposed slavery. His "proviso"—a clause tacked on to a number of legislation being debated in Congress—prohibited slavery in all of the new territory won from Mexico following the Mexican War. Although the proviso was well-liked in the North, it was vehemently opposed by the South and never became a part of the legislation.  It declared that slavery would be outlawed in any new area that the United States might take over from Mexico. The argument over whether slavery still exists in the West was rekindled.

THE EFFECT OF THE DEPLETION OF THE BUFFALO HAVE ON NATIVE AMERICANS.
professor190 [17]
The Native American's used Buffalo for food, as well as for housing.
The Native American's ate almost all of the buffalo- except for the heart, as this was sacred and they buried this- and as soon as the buffalo population began to decrease, this meant that food became harder to find, which ultimately, will have lead to a number of deaths.
The Native American's also used the buffalo skin (or hide) to make the outside of their teepees, which will have kept them warm in the winter, as well as keeping them safe from the elements- therefore, as soon as the buffalo started to become rarer, this meant that they had to find other means to build new teepees.
Hope this helps :)
