The heat helps to loosen the blood vessels and ensure that there is increased blood flow to the affected part of the body system.

The high temperature will therefore loosen the muscles and ensure that they are much more relaxed. This method is suitable for promoting the healing process of most types of injuries and muscular issues encountered during our day to day activities.
