How are extinction, differential reinforcement, and antecedent manipulations functional?

The extinction, differential reinforcement, and antecedent manipulations are functional. They decrease problem behaviors and increase desirable behaviors by modifying antecedents/consequences.

Reinforcement can consist of something that strengthens or will increase conduct.  In a study room setting, for instance, varieties of reinforcement might encompass giving rewards, letting college students out of unwanted paintings, or providing token rewards, candy, more playtime, or a laugh sports.

As mentioned above, high-quality reinforcement refers to introducing an ideal stimulus (i.e., praise) to encourage the behavior that is desired. An instance of this is giving a toddler a deal with when he or she is polite to a stranger.

In behavioral psychology, reinforcement is an effect applied so as to beef up an organism's future conduct on every occasion that conduct is preceded by using a specific antecedent stimulus. This strengthening effect may be measured as a better frequency of the behavior, longer length, extra magnitude, or shorter latency.

sattari [20]

Answer: Accommodation and convergence

Explanation: accommodation and convergence is a depth cue associated with reflex action of the eye, that is, the involuntary movement of the eye in response to a particular stimulus. Accommodation convergence explains the behavior of the eye that is, changes in shape of the lens and size of pupil with respect to the distance of objects from the eye.

As objects get closer to the eye, the eyes move inward and feels like eye muscles are working. When the objects recedes the muscles become relaxed.
