Regarding freedom of the press, the Supreme Court has generally upheld the principle of no prior restraint. This principle means that government generally cannot stop the news media from reporting a story.

Can the government restrict the press?

According to the Supreme Court, the government cannot constitutionally forbid the publication of secret information unless it can show that doing so will result in clear and present danger of serious harm to the nation's security.

Why we should regulate social media?

In the end, responsible self-regulation benefits businesses: Social media platforms need to be more accountable for their global influence if they don't want to risk further harming the internet and user faith in digital material, which are crucial shared resources for knowledge and commerce.

"why is it wrong for a researcher to assign the first subjects to show up for an experiment to the experimental group and the se
Sidana [21]
It's wrong for a researcher to do such a thing because of the bias or skew that may be created or not accounted for.

For example, this skew could be best seen in an experiment where an individual's socioeconomic status plays a key role. In this experiment, the first group may be on time because they all have cars and are able to transport themselves along with being able to make flexible arrangements allowing them to arrive on time. On the other hand, the second group may consist of individuals who were forced to take the bus because they don't have a car due to its prohibitive cost. In addition, they may be forced to work on the hour causing them to be unable to make flexible arrangements. Therefore, we see that the first group may consist of individuals with a generally higher socioeconomic status while the second group consists of those at a lower socioeconomic class.

This is just one example, but the key is that it would be biased and would fail to account for an uncontrolled condition.

marin [14]

The answer is:

One of the strongest reasons for changing the natural flow of rivers and degraded water quality, is mainly due to the growing quest of Kenia to achieve the status of industrialization. Through this massive industrialization and incessant search for development, it led to the appearance of other problems related to water quality, such as pollution. That changes strongly the dynamic of the flows and water quality.

Kenya is a that country already suffers from a tremendous shortage / scarce of water and the per capita income of water is far below world standards. This issue only gets worse and it isaggravated by seasonal fluctuations in water availability, which is more correlated with seasonal patterns of rainfall in most parts of the country.
