Writing the short script, we have:

(Mark and Jason were walking across the football field when Steve double-crossed them. The following conversation ensued).

Steve: Mark, you had the audacity to laugh at me in class because I couldn't answer Mrs. Jane's question. (He grinned angrily, pushing Mark backwards).

Jason: Hey Steve, he wasn't the only that laughed at you. Why are you picking quarrel with him alone. (Trying to stand in between Mark and Steve).

Mark: So, Steve what are you going to do about that? (Looking boldly at him).

Steve: I will slap your face (As Steve raised his hand to slap Mark, Jason with the speed of light held it).

Jason: Don't even try it. (Immediately, Jason landed Steve a slap on his face).

Steve: (Running away) I will come back for the both of you.

<h3>What is script writing?</h3>

Script writing is known to be a process of writing stories in a screenplay. It is usually written showcasing all the movements, expressions, actions and the dialogue.

The process of scriptwriting is different from the way that novel, essays or even poems are written. Scripts are used when acting movies, films, television production, etc.

We see that the above is the script written to show an  imagined scene between two or three characters. The scene shows the universal theme, "friends help and defend each other".

Which type of reasoning is usually based on laws, rules, principles, generalizations, or definitions?
Volgvan

The correct answer is D. Deductive

Explanation:

The word "reasoning" refers to the process in which facts are established and prove based on logic; additionally, in this process, there are different types of reasoning. In the case of the deductive reasoning, this occurs as general laws, events, rules, principles or any others that are general are applied to particular cases or events. For example, if we know penguins cannot fly we can conclude the penguins we see in a zoo cannot fly either. This differs from inductive reasoning because inductive reasoning goes is based on particular or specific events. Thus, it is the deductive reasoning the one that is based on laws, rules, principles, etc.

Give two details that are clues that Tino did not catch any fish.
Vsevolod [243]

Answer:

1. "The storm must be the reason the fish weren't biting," Tino said as he put his fishing pole into the rack on the porch, "but I'll try again tomorrow."

2. "Oh, hi, Kona," Tino said disappointedly. "Wait for me, and I'll be right up."

Explanation:

The first one blatantly mentions that no fish were biting his line, therefore supporting the fact that Tino did not catch any fish. The second does not directly state this, but does hint to his disappointment at not being able to catch anything thus far.
