Let’s say that x equals 2 and y equals 120
So if you divide 2 by 120 it will be 60
So x/y = 60
x equals 2 so that means z equals 2
Then divide 2 by 2 and you will get one
So add 60 by one so you get 61
Answer: 61

Answer:

4=1

Step-by-step explanation:

2(n + 2) = 4n + 1 - 2n

2n + 4 =4n - 2n + 1

2n + 4 = 2n + 1

<em>add -2n to each side</em>

2n-2n+4=2n-2n+1

0+4=0+1

4=1

Evaluate the following numerical expression. 2 × (5 + 3 × 2 + 4)<br><br>*Please Show Work*
Helga [31]

You must follow the correct order of operations. Start working inside the parentheses and do the multiplication first.

2 × (5 + 3 × 2 + 4) =

= 2 × (5 + 6 + 4)

Now do the additions inside the parentheses.

= 2 × (11 + 4)

= 2 × 15

Now you do the multiplication.

= 30

Answer:

D. Graph A

Step-by-step explanation:

First, notice the function can be factored easily:

y=x^2+10x+16 =(x+8)(x+2)

So we can see that the function hits the y-axis at 2 points:

(-8,0) and (-2,0).

Which of the graphs in the picture show a parabola that hits the y-axis at those points?  Graph A is the only option.

So the answer is D. Graph A

Finger [1]

Step-by-step explanation:

I assume "fair game" means that there is no profit and the expenses are equal to the income or sales.

we have clear expenses :

1× $100

3× $20

that is in total : $160

now we need to make sure that we generate exactly $160 by selling the tickets.

we have 100 tickets that should lead to $160.

how much should 1 ticket cost ?

well, 160/100 = $1.60
