When dealing with conflict, the following are important:

 • Avoid discussing the issue with other colleagues.
 • Never respond immediately to the person who is irking you.
 • Reframe the situation.
 • Focus on the other persons strengths.
 • Use cooperative communication.

What is conflict?

It should be noted that conflict simply means the disagreement between people. It should be noted that personality refers to the individual differences that can be seen in the patterns of thinking, behaving, and feeling. This is essential in our society to relate with others.

In this case, it's important to be calm and courteous during interactions. It should be noted that no one is perfect and everyone has flaws. A little empathy is important in whatever we do. This is vital in order to resolve the conflict that people have at their workplace.

Even when personality differences exist, the parties should remain professional, and confrontation can be avoided. Remain professional and don't take it personally.

⦁ Interview your parents and grandparents to find out about the things/activities they used to do when they were your age. Tabul
sergey [27]

A sample response for an interview of your parents and grandparents to find out about the things/activities they used to do when they were your age is:

Parents and grandparents: Some of the things we used to do back then were:

 • Traditional dates
 • Hiking
 • Working at the mine
 • Going shopping with coupons, etc

What is an Interview?

This refers to the formal interaction between two or more persons where questions are asked and answers are expected and usually given.

Hence, we can see that when making an interview, it is important that you record the answers and results of the interview as this is considered a primary source of information.

The result of the interview is shown above and it is only a sample but would serve as a guide to help you record your own interview results with your parents and grandparents.

Here's the criteria for Persuasive:

May make claims based on opinion. May not take opposing ideas into account.

Persuades by appealing to the audience’s emotion or by relying on the character or credentials of the writer – less on the merits of his or her reasons and evidence. Emotion-based.

I believe he's using mostly persuasive reasoning.

Here's the criteria for Argumentative reasoning:

Makes claims based on factual evidence. Makes counter-claims. The author takes opposing views into account. Neutralizes or "defeats" serious opposing ideas. Convinces audience through the merit and reasonableness of the claims and proofs offered. (I only see use of the first and last one, not 2nd or 3rd one). Here's a link for your reference. You can do a google search on persuasive vs argumentative.

Often compares texts or ideas to establish a position.

Logic based.
