The equilibrium expression is written as [NH3]^2/[N2] [H2]^3.

What is equilibrium constant?

A reaction involves the conversion of reactants to products. Now we know that the number that shows us the extent to which we can convert the reactants to products is given by the equilibrium constant. If the equilibrium constant is large and positive, then the reaction tends towards the conversion of reactants to products. on the other hand, when the reaction has a small equilibrium constant, then the reaction tends towards the reactants.

Thus, the magnitude of the equilibrium constant tells us how easily reactants are converted into products and this is necessary when we are trying to predict the direction in which a reaction will go or make calculations.

Given a reaction; N₂(g) + 3H₂(g) ----> 2NH3(g) we can now write the expression for the equilibrium of the reaction as;

K = [NH3]^2/[N2] [H2]^3

One patterned blue fabric sells for $15.00 every two yards, and another sells for $37.50 every 5 yards. Do these fabrics have th
Svetradugi [14.3K]
All we need to do is to find out how much is worth one yard in both fabrics, so we divide $15.00 by 2 and $37.50 by 5:

$15.00 ÷ 2 = $7.50 per yard
$37.50 ÷ 5 = $7.50 per yard

As both prices per yard are the same, the answer is: Yes, these fabrics have the same unit cost.

What is the AREA of this figure?
elena-14-01-66 [18.8K]

Answer:

532m squared is the answer

Step-by-step explanation:

Split the shape into two shapes

one will be a square and the other one a triangle

1) since the length and the width of the square is 18m just Multiply

18x18=324m squared

2) look carefully the width of the square you split is equal to the base of the triangle, so you connect the 18 and the 8 together.

18+8=26m squared

3) Now solve the triangle since you know the height which is 16m squared.

A=lw/2

26x16=416

416 divided by 2 is 208

4) finally just Add

208+324=532m squared

Hopes this helps!

A boat that costs $8550 decreases in value by 12% per year. How much will the boat be worth after 3 years?
erastovalidia [21]
You have to take $8,550 times 0.12 (12%) to find out the number it is being decreased by.
8,550 x 0.12 = 1,026
And then, you have to subtract 1,026 from 8,550 three times for three years and your answer becomes 5,472.
$5,472
