Brand name was the innovative way pears’ soap marketed its product.

Brand name is one of the brand elements by which customers are helped to identify and differentiate one product from another. It should be chosen very carefully.

It captures the key theme of a product in an efficient and economical manner. It can be noticed easily and its meaning can be stored and triggered in the memory instantly.

Choice of a brand name requires a lot of research. Brand names are not necessary to be associated with the product.

For example , brand names can be based on places such as Air India or British Airways, animals or birds name such as Dove soap, Puma, people name such as Louise Phillips, Allen Solly etc. In some instances, the company name is used for all products  for example, General Electric, LG.

icang [17]
Asking the elementary students how big their family size is should give a fairly good picture of how many people live under the same roof for their family. Since it is for elementary students chances are that most of the child's siblings would still be at home, though some could be college age and not live at home anymore. Also, though  with the high divorce rate that has been evident at least in the 80's and 90's in North America, some members of the family ie fathers or mothers and some siblings may live in another household.

Profit for Kansas City = $376,375

Explanation:

a) Data and Calculations:

                                                           Omaha               Kansas City

Expected annual demand (units)        9,800                  11,625

Annual fixed costs                         $1,000,000          $1,100,000

Variable cost per unit $30 $45       $294,000             $523,125

Total cost                                       $1,294,000           $1,623,125

Revenue                                        $1,685,600          $1,999,500

Profit                                                 $391,600             $376,375

From the above differential analysis, it appears that locating in Omaha would be better and more profitable than locating in Kansas City for the company.  This is based on the fact that more profit ($15,225) will be generated with Omaha location than locating in Kansas City.

Well, it may cause workplace related stress if the remaining employees are forced to take on the fired employees workload, it may harm workplace moral due to losing a co-worker, but it may also encourage workers to work harder, fearing they may too lose their own job, but be cautious, this may also cause employees to start looking for new jobs, and you can lose skilled labor. if the employee was a burden, employees may be happier with their work environment.

The city of New Orleans has 200 advertising companies, 199 of which employ designers of normal ability at a salary of $80,000 a
mezya [45]

Answer:

Jacobs will earn $1,080,000

Explanation:

The earnings of the work factor are made up of two factors: Transfer Earnings + Economic Rents.

Transfer earnings are defined as the minimum required amount that a company must pay its workers to keep them in the workplace. Below this amount, the worker will leave his job. In this case, the Transfer Earnings are $ 80,000, which is the base salary of every designer.

On the other hand, the Economic Rents are the additional income that the worker receives and that is above the minimum level they need to supply his work (In this case, the additional income is given by Jacobs' special ability). In numerical terms, the Economics Rents amount is equivalent to the difference between the earnings obtained by the Jacobs company and the earnings obtained by the other companies.

That is: 1,500,000 - 500,000 = 1,000,000.

Therefore Jacobs salary is equivalent to 80,000 + 1,000,000 = 1,080,000.

From this, it can be deduced that approximately 92% of Jacobs' salary is equivalent to Economic Rents. From the theoretical point of view, this makes sense, because the demand for designers (which is a highly qualified profession) is very inelastic, and the more inelastic the greater the proportion of Economic Rents as part of the salary. In the annexes, I show it graphically.
