In the role of cooperation or competition, the two groups must work together on a common goal.

In 1936, psychologist Gordon Allport discovered that the English dictionary contains over 4,000 words that describe various personality traits. He classified these traits into three levels.

A trait is a personality trait that meets three criteria. Based on this definition, traits can be viewed as relatively stable traits that cause individuals to behave in certain ways.

The trait approach to personality is one of the most important theoretical areas in the study of personality. Trait theory suggests that an individual personality is made up of a wide range of traits. The combination and interaction of various traits form a unique personality for each person. Trait theory focuses on identifying and measuring these individual personality traits

Gnoma [55]

Answer:

The correct answer is: Similarity.

Explanation:

The gestalt principle of similarity can be understood as the ability that individuals have to create relationships between objects and elements of a determined context.

For instance, in a football match the ability that let individuals acknowledge which players are from the same team is the principle of similarity; the players may share similar playing style, similar uniforms, values, etc.

So without really knowing a particular player's position on the field, thanks to the Gestalt's principle of similarity Ryan is easily able to recognize the players as members of their respective teams.

The following is an argument regarding whether or not I/O psychologists should be licensed or not:

 • In my opinion, it should not be made mandatory for an I/O Psychologist to be a licensed practitioner. The reason for that is the situations or the cases an I/O Psychologist is concerned with are not largely physical or mental but are operational. Such situations need tactical skills more than theoretical knowledge associated with such situations, which in most cases, might not even exist.
 • Hence, it can be said that though the work of an I/O Psychologist is related to the psyche of the people he deals with, the methods that he uses to solve the problems need to be dynamic and not rigid. Thus, we can conclude that it should not be made mandatory for an I/O Psychologist to bear a license for practice.
