Research on lineup administration by Greathouse and Kovera (2009) suggests that the police officer who conducts a lineup: can affect the actual identification that a witness makes.

<h3 /><h3>What is lineup administration?</h3>

Lineup administration can be defined as the process used by police officer to identify a suspect. This process is done by mixing or combining  the actual suspects with other people, in which the eye witness then identify the suspects by pointing at the suspects.

The important of lineup is that it enable a police officer and a person who  witness an event  to  identify or to recognize a  suspect which in turn  help to differentiate an innocent person from the actual suspect that committed a crime.
